Sara Lewis has a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology which has helped her stand out amongst RCC’s. She utilizes several counselling approaches, including Emotion-Focused therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based practices, and Narrative techniques. Kirsten Meyer has a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a wealth of clinical experience. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (short, medium and long term), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Mindfulness based interventions, and the Gottman Method (couples therapy). Her special interests are trauma processing, chronic relationship struggles, gender, sexuality, couples therapy/couples counselling, and mind-body connection. Mehrdad Talakar has a Masters of Education in General Psychology and Counselling Psychology from UBC and has worked in private practice and for Fraser Health for more than 8 years. He has worked with individuals struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and addiction or simply individuals who like to work on their relationships or self-growth. The modalities Mehrdad uses include DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EFT (Emotion-focused Therapy), Trauma-informed Counselling and Schema Therapy. Mehrdad focuses on helping others overcome life challenges in a relaxing environment in either English or Farsi.

Dina Lanzi has has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She uses a person-centred approach which integrates elements from evidence-based therapies such as solution-focused, narrative, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness. Her experiences have shaped her role as a counsellor, allowing her to be non-judgemental, open-minded and ready to meet her clients wherever they are on their life path. Valuing the therapeutic relationship as an essential part of the healing journey, Dina provides a safe and trusting space to explore a client’s unique story and experiences.
