1-on-1 classes with Taia focus on your specific needs. She offers instruction to those wanting to improve their strength and conditioning for fitness or for a therapeutic purpose. Rehabilitation takes place with slow and safe movements to bring space and strength to the injured or weakened area. Progress and learning is the goal in the 60 minutes sessions while Taia guides you on a road far past simple recovery. All clients will leave their sessions with the knowledge to move themselves beyond what they ever believed they were capable of. Pilates is fantastic as cross-training for all sports and getting ready for the activities of Summer!
