Jaralyn graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy from UBC in 2007 and has spent her career working in both hospital and community settings. Her clinical background has primarily focused on mental health and supporting older adults living with dementia, with an emphasis on understanding the person as a whole and the factors that influence their day-to-day lives.

Jaralyn’s approach is compassionate, practical, and empowering – supporting clients and families to build confidence, maintain independence, and find satisfaction in everyday living.

Jaralyn particularly values helping people navigate times of change, whether that involves managing mental health challenges, adjusting to changes in function, supporting independence, or finding new ways to participate in the activities and roles that are important to them.
