Sara Lewis has a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) member in good standing with the BC Association for Clinical Counsellors.

Her goal is to provide a comfortable, attuned and non-judgmental space that allows exploration of what may be preventing you from feeling healthy, hopeful and whole. With gentle curiosity and guidance, She creates a therapeutic environment where you can explore, grow and heal safely.

She has worked with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, relationship and attachment issues, trauma & PTSD, and families impacted by dementia. Sara also has training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing for the treatment of phobias, trauma and anxiety.

Sara believes that all humans have the capacity to heal from past hurts with the right kind of support.
